|07:04 pm - Memorial Butterfly Release|
The Bill Huttel Memorial Butterfly Release will take place Saturday at 12:00 at the Wine Garden.
We're in midsummer night's dream then. give everyone our best, m'kay?
Can you swing by the garden right before your show to pick up your butterfly?
oh, it's at the garden, not the chapel. hadn't read that yet. ;-)
yeah, i can manage that as i usually set myself 5 minutes during my set-up to get ice, honey, and a free wine taster. ;)
I will be getting you the paypal tonight. But due to not know if I can even be there tomorrow, could you release mine? I have to go get a new car and I am hoping to make it to faire. But I won't have a time or anything. I will take a moment of silence during that time though,
As long as it isn't too close to sunset when you get there, you can still release your butterfly. Do you think you will be there by 4pm?
I'll be there...as soon as I can after the 11:30 courtly manners scenario.
Thank you for all the work and organization you put into this.
if i don't have time to swing by early to pick mine up, i'll have keith get one for me and find me after the noon joust at 12:25ish. i'll release mine up at the chapel. (if you have any left... and i'll have cash.)
Or you could come by before the joust ... I plan to be at the garden from 11:30 on. As I told you, I think HRH might be willing to send you on an errand.

Thanks! I won't be there until sometime in the afternoon, unfortunately.... but I sent an e-mail off to anjabeth... hopefully she'll check it in the morning.
She *might* have a joust then, but I can't remember if its one she needs to be at or not for certain.
